HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS

Tickets to BACH performances may be purchased in the following ways.

BACH is delighted to offer online ticketing through Brown Paper Tickets, who provide an easy-to-use, low-cost online ticketing service. Service charges are 2.5% of ticket price + 99 cents. That means for a regular $18 ticket, the service fee would be $1.44, and even less for other senior and student tickets. Service fees for season tickets are treated the same as a single ticket. That means for a full season ticket, the service fee is $3.49 for regular, $3.24 for senior, and $2.87 for student. Service fees for basic season tickets are $2.37 for regular, $2.12 for senior, and $1.74 for student.

All you need is a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card) and online access to purchase tickets online through Brown Paper Tickets. Service fees include the cost of mailing the tickets to you. Please note that tickets to individual events will be mailed to you by Brown Paper Tickets. You may notice that tickets sent by Brown Paper Tickets look different than BACH tickets purchased locally, but both will be accepted for admission. For season tickets, Brown Paper Tickets will tell us which tickets you have ordered, and BACH will mail them to you.

For tickets for individual events, there are five methods of delivery available:

USPS First Class - This is the standard delivery method. It is available for all shows until 5 days prior to the first day of the event. This delivery method generally takes 2-5 business days.

USPS Priority - This is the US Postal Services' 3-day delivery service. It is available for all shows until 3 days prior to the first day of the event. This delivery method generally takes 2-3 business days. There is an additional $5.00 service charge for delivery via USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Express - This is the US Postal Services' overnight delivery service. It is available for all shows until 2 days prior to the first day of the event. This delivery method generally takes 1-2 business days. There is an additional $15.00 service charge for delivery via USPS Express Mail.

Guestlist - With this method, you will not receive a physical ticket in the mail. Instead, you are asked to bring a photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase to “Will Call” at the event. The event staff will give you your tickets there. Guestlist service may not be available for all events. For shows allowing guestlist service, it is available until one day prior to the day of the event.

MAIL

Only season tickets are available through mail. If you like, you can print out our season poster and complete the order form on the bottom. Enclose a check or money order payable to BACH, or include credit card information and signature, and mail to:

IN PERSON

Tickets for all individual BACH events, except BACHtoberfest and Bach and Beyond concerts, may be purchased in advance at Techline (24 east Green Street, Champaign). They are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm or Saturday 10am to 5pm. The Lutheran Campus Center is no longer selling tickets.

Tickets may also be purchased at the event, depending on availability. Doors normally open one hour prior to concert time. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
